DESCRIPTION:Diesen Sonntag zeichnen wir rund um die Feuerwehr in Biel-Bienne. Treffpunkt ist um 14 Uhr an der Werkhofstrasse 8.\n\nZeichnungsort: Mitten in der Stadt gelegen\, findet hier jeder etwas zum Zeichnen: Sei es das Feuerwehr-Gebäude\, den spannenden Turm oder die Fahrzeuge. Gleich daneben befindet sich das Ambulanz-Depot\, einige Gewerbe-Bauten sowie anschliessend ein Wohnquartier. Zur anderen Seite liegt die Esplanade-Parkanlage\, ein kleiner Fluss schlängelt sich durch die Gegend und die Sporthalle ist hinter der Feuerwehr. In Laufnähe befindet sich zudem der Gaskessel\, das Kongresshaus und der Güterbahnhof.

DESCRIPTION:Attenzione: a causa del grande caldo\, l’evento è stato anticipato alla mattinata  \nCome è noto\, durante le feste dello jodel si celebrano momenti di jodel\, canto e musica con il corno alpino in gruppo\, accompagnati dallo sventolio delle bandiere nei vicoli dell’area della festa. L’area della festa è suddivisa in tre zone: il «villaggio dello jodel» sulla Petersplatz\, il «miglio dello jodel» presso l’adiacente Petersgraben e il «Jodlerberg» (= vicoli del centro storico). Ovunque ci sarà un gran numero di osterie e bancarelle\, piccole e grandi\, per rifocillare tutti i partecipanti alla Festa Federale. Una panoramica dell’area della festa è disponibile sulla mappa di situazione (link alla mappa di situazione). L’accesso all’area della festa è generalmente libero. \nCi troviamo davanti alla Peterskirche. I soggetti da disegnare si trovano proprio di fronte\, sulla Petersplatz\, dove si trova il «villaggio dello jodel» con il palco all’aperto della Basler Kantonalbank (BKB). \nA chi desidera disegnare i suonatori di corno alpino\, consiglio il luogo dedicato alle esibizioni di corno alpino\, presso la Holbeinschulhaus\, nel cortile della scuola\, in Kanonengasse 9. SUMMARY:Sketching at  Botanischer Garten Grüningen (ZH)
DESCRIPTION:After several meetups in the city\, it is time for another small trip outside Zurich. Our destination is the Botanical Garden Grüningen\, set on a hill above the historic little town and shaped like an arboretum. The award-winning greenhouse\, trees and shrubs from around the world\, and the varied outdoor spaces offer plenty of sketching subjects somewhere between plant study and architecture. Even in less-than-perfect weather\, the visit is well worth it: there are several sheltered places to draw and take cover\, not only inside the greenhouse itself. We are very pleased to be welcomed to the garden and would like to warmly thank our hosts for the invitation. \nMeeting point\nAt the entrance to the Botanical Garden Grüningen. \nGetting there\nBy public transport\, you can reach the garden from Zurich\, Winterthur or Rapperswil via S-Bahn to Wetzikon ZH\, then bus 867 to Grüningen\, Im Haufland. From Uster\, take bus 845 to Grüningen\, Im Haufland. From the bus stop\, it is about a 20-minute walk to the garden. \nIf you are coming by car\, free parking is available. \nMore information can be found here: https://www.botanischer-garten.ch/den-garten-besuchen/ \nEntrance\nThe entrance is free of charge. \nPlease bring your own drawing materials and\, ideally\, a small folding stool. DESCRIPTION:Diesen Sonntag zeichnen wir im und um den Elfenaupark in Biel/Bienne. Treffpunkt ist um 14 Uhr vor dem Eingang des Parkes beim Restaurant Ecluse. \nZeichnungsort: Bei dieser Hitze suchen wir Schatten\, grün und Wasser. All das findet sich im und um den Elfenaupark! Der Park bietet höhe Bäume\, einen Teich und kleine Flüsschen. Auch die Schüss-Promenade mit seinen hohen Baumreihen bietet reichlich Schatten und kühl. In Laufnähe befinden sich zudem die Innenstadt mit der Braderie sowie der Strandboden\, wer kurz baden möchte. Das Restaurant Ecluse ist leider sonntags geschlossen\, bietet aber mit seinem Vordach Schutz\, sollte ein Gewitter durchziehen.
