SUMMARY:Saturday\, 15 August 2026: Sketchcrawl Basel ? Construction site at Marktplatz
DESCRIPTION:Basel?s Marktplatz is a major construction site due to track works and the refurbishment of the tram stop. No trams have been running here since the beginning of July and will remain suspended until 6 September ? and this is on Europe?s busiest tram route. The construction site is therefore a significant event. \n  \nThe market is still open\, albeit with fewer stalls. \nFor those who prefer a more idyllic setting\, Andreasplatz\, Schneidergasse with its caf?s\, R?melinsplatz or Schiffl?nde are all good options. \n  \nMeeting point \n10.00 am at the fountain at the Fischmarkt (Link: Google Maps) \nand 12 noon at the same spot to view the drawings \n? ? ? ? ? ? ?
